La garantía consiste en el envio gratuito de piezas defectuoso para defectos de fabricación o de materiales. La garantia serà invalidada si:• Se utiliza de una manera que no está de acuerdo con las instrucciones de la casa.• Se modifican, reparan o desmontan, incluso en parte, fuera del taller del distribuidor autorizado.• Se utilizan piezas de recambio no originales. Por razones de organización, todas las piezas de repuesto se facturarán al embarque. En caso de que si reconozca la garantía, después de verificar el defecto del producto, el comprador tendrà derecho a la acreditación. Las piezas no originales no están excluidas de esta garantía ya siguen las reglas del fabricante. En cualquier caso, el consumidor asumirá los costes de sustitución de consumibles, mano de obra y gastos de envío. Nosotros negamos cualquier responsabilidad por daños directos o indirectos resultantes de roturas de partes de la máquina, así como para aquellos derivados del uso o uso indebido de la misma.CONTROVERSIA: Para cualquier disputa, el Foro de Perugia es exclusivamente competente.RECLAMACIONES: Debe ser notificado por escrito dentro de los 8 días de la entrega.PRECIOS: Los precios pueden ajustarse en función de los cambios en el costo de materiales, mano de obra y gastos incurridos durante la ejecución del pedido. Los precios contenidos en esta lista son informativos y no vinculantes, por lo que pueden estar sujetos a cambios sin previo aviso. Los precios mostrados son en euros y no están excluidos del IVA. Todos los cargos actuales y futuros, incluidos impuestos, sellos, honorarios son responsabilidad exclusiva del comprador.PAGOS: Los pagos se hacen en las modalidades y términos acordados. La falta de pago autoriza la suspensión de las entregas. Incluso los retrasos de pago parcial activan intereses comerciales en los total adeudados y le dan derecho a reclamar, "ipso jure", el pago total del saldo pendiente, incluso si se proporciona en diferentes momentos.
