We want your home to be shown in the best possible light to prospective buyers to get you top dollar in the shortest amount of time.

A good stager will create a warm and inviting environment focusing on the best architectural features and selling points of your home.

The initial staging consultation is included in my services to you, and will include a detailed written plan that you can use to help present your home better to buyers.

The stager will also provide a professional home staging plan, including complete furnishing and layout design. For your unique home, we should strongly consider this option to attract more buyers.

Nearly 90% of potential buyers start their home search online, even before they have an agent. The decision as to whether or not to view a home in person begins with how your home is photographed, and how those images appear online.

Broker’s open houses and buyer’s open houses are important methods for getting feedback – which helps us know if we are perfectly pricing and marketing your home.

Broker’s open houses, done on Tuesdays, are an opportunity to get professional opinions. We personally call and invite local agents, and we plan for a fun event (including catering and gift raffles) in order to attract attendance.

Buyer’s open houses are advertised on every major home search website, such as Zillow, Trulia, and Redfin. These events are opportunities to see your home through a potential buyer’s eyes. This is marketing intelligence at its best –so that we can get the best possible offer for your home. At a minimum, we recommend at least one open house per weekend for the first month a home is listed, as this is the period of time when there will be the most interest in your home.
