o Brush  my  teeth  (twice  a  day)  

o Wake  up  and  turn  off  my  alarm  

o Make  the  bed  

o Put  on  my  watch  after  I  wake  up  

o Check  and  respond  to  emails  in  bed  after  I  wake  up  

o When  I  wake  up,  look  at  Evernote  to  see  my  tasks  for  the  day  

o Look  at  my  calendar  to  see  my  schedule  for  the  day  

o Use  the  bathroom  

o Take  a  shower  

o Get  dressed  and  put  on  shoes  in  the  morning  before  heading  to  

class  

o Have  a  cup  of  tea  when  I  wake  up  and  before  I  go  to  bed  

o Get  on  my  bike  to  go  to  class  

o When  I  show  up  to  class  or  the  meeting,  get  out  my  

notebook/laptop  

o Return  to  my  dorm  for  lunch  

o Walk  to  the  kitchen  for  dinner  

o Take  off  my  watch  before  bed  

o Put  my  phone  into  its  charger  

o Write  a  list  of  tasks  for  the  next  day  in  Evernote  before  I  go  to  bed  

o Pack  my  backpack  with  things  I  will  need  the  next  day  before  

going  to  bed  

o Put  my  head  on  my  pillow  before  going  to  bed
