Liquid Tight Tubing

This UL Type B flexible, non-metallic tubing resists

corrosion, abrasion, oil, water, acid, metal shavings

and rough environments. It is for use with nylon

straight, snap-in or sweep connectors as well as steel

and die cast connectors. Mounting brackets are also

available. Resists abuse, pull and crushing.

Smooth inside for easier wire pulling; will not harm

conductors. No hazardous sharp edges or burrs.

Quick installation. Suitable for indoor/outdoor use.

Manufactured of flexible PVC.

Liquid Tight Connectors



All nylon construction resists salt water,

weak acids, gasoline, alcohol, oil, grease

and common solvents. No disassembly

required. Just push the conduit/tubing onto

the ferrule, then tighten the domed sealing

nut. This completed assembly can then be

secured in the chassis by the locknut (or first

secure the connector into an NPT threaded

hole). No threading of the conduit or tubing

is required, eliminating the chance of cutting

the conduit and creating leak paths.

Complete connector is reusable.

Use of a sealing washer may be needed

for wet locations. See page 92.

Suitable for indoor/outdoor use, for

original equipment manufacturers or field

installers.

Black connectors provided with nylon

locknut, packed separately. Gray connectors

provided with assembled o-ring and metal

locknuts.

All nylon construction with BUNA-N compression gland

resists salt water, weak acids, gasoline, alcohol, oil, grease and

common solvents. Fittings install in either clearance or threaded

holes. Acme threads prevent skipping and speed installation.

The domed sealing nut resists snags and sheds contaminants.

An internal ratchet provides self-locking against vibration.

Working temperatures: -22°F (-30°C) to 212°F (100°C). For

short periods to 302°F (150°C). Protection class IP 68 per DIN

40050 up to 70 psi (5 bar) water pressure.

Gray moulded EPDM grommet is fire tested to

FMVSS 302, vehicle safety norm 302 (DIN 75200)

to provide light strain relief to the cable. Material

hardness 50 shore A.

Just snap into place, pierce thin membrane,

insert and pull back cable. Protection Class IP 67

per EN60529.

These liquid tight knock-out seals are made of

Santoprene 251-80 and are oil and rain tight and

fully submersible. They lock firmly into boxes up to

.125" thick and install with fingertip pressure (no

tools required).

Manufactured of Thermoplastic Elastomer, these

washers have special double sealing ridges to com-

pensate for minor unevenness at enclosure. Suitable

for wet locations requiring a separate gasket between

the box and fitting.

Liquid tight, dust tight and oil tight at enclosure.

Easy to install since washers seal off on the

perimeter, not on the connector threads.
