  • Whats a linking word?

    Imagine that youre building a road, and in a certain point, you cant cross a river (for instance). In that case you would have to build a bridge that can allow you to make a connection between both sides of the road. Thats what you will do when writing an essay: you will need to make use of some words that allow some words to be linked to another. Thats what a linking word is, in a manner of speaking.
