Room. c) Just inside the church for the church workshops.

Your name, or the name of the person who booked your ticket online, will be on the door list. If you buy a workshop at the festival, you will be handed a ticket which you should hand to the team at the workshop desk at Duncan Room 1 or outside the Johnston Room just before your workshop. Please try to be in the workshop room 5 to 10 minutes before the start time. Please note we reserve to right to refuse late entry. If you are late please ensure you tune up before entering and be prepared to catch up. The workshop leader will not be able to answer questions on the parts you have missed. (Thank you for your understanding. We have a lot on and we need your help to keep things on time as much as possible.)

*Song Share ~ Bring about 20 copies of a song to share and we will put them into files so that others may enjoy them. It really needs to be a

‘cover’ if it is going in the file, although, please bring your own original song if you feel you can teach it to others easily. It would be great if you

can hole-punch the copies. Extended Songbook (over 200 songs) will also be available to use.

We are not certain how many people are staying on at the hotel on Sunday night, but we are sure that

there will be a fabulous atmosphere and more ukulele special moments!

The site is compact, and it is easy to get from one building to another. To help you find your way around we have compiled a Festival Map which is available to download on the website: In the ‘More’ drop down menu ~ click on ‘Location’. This shows all the rooms and general layout of the site.

Easterbrook Hall ~ Duncan room 4 ~ tea/coffee/soft drinks, snacks, light meals, breakfast items. Neuros ~ Easterbrook Hall (separate side entrance) ~ Cocktail Bar, Restaurant and Swimming Pool and Spa.

Bars ~ Easterbrook Hall Bar in the Main Concert Hall will be open during concerts and concert breaks. We may shut this if it becomes too noisy during concerts! Please note, no access will be possible to the bar during sound checks on Sat and Sun morning. Bar next to restaurant in the Holiday Inn, Bar in Elizabeth Lounge in the Holiday Inn, Cocktail Bar in Neuros ~ to side of Easterbrook Hall.

SPA

The spa is part of Neuros. You can buy a two-hour pass for £5 for the spa. (Maximum of 15 persons at a time). Treatments available at an additional

cost. Good chance to get a shower if you are camping! CASH MACHINE
