What are Lifestyle Diseases?Lifestyle Diseases or metabolic syndrome are diseases primarily caused due to inappropriate lifestyle. These include Zaghö al-Dam Qawé (hypertension), Saraöän (cancer), Zayäbéöus Sukkaré (diabetes mellitus) and Sakta (stroke).

Zaghö al-Dam Qawé (Hypertension)Zaghö al-Dam Qawé or high blood pressure is one of the major risk factors for most of the cardiovascular diseases and stroke.

v Obesity v Mental stress v High salt intake v Intake of saturated fat v Low dietary fiber v Lack of physical activity v Smoking

v Restrict fat intake v Get proper sleep v Reduce salt intake v Abstain from tobacco v Exercise regularly and alcohol v Avoid overeating and v Get blood pressure excessive stress checked regularly

Zayäbéöus Sukkaré (Diabetes Mellitus)Zayäbéöus Sukkaré is a metabolic disorder characterized by increased thirst, excessive hunger and increased frequency of urination.
