Create or adopt systems for assessment management Helps higher education educators, including librarians,

manage their outcomes Are helpful for documenting progress toward

strategic/organizational goals, but their real strength lies in managing learning outcomes assessments

Allows multiple librarians to enter assessment data, focus on different student groups (or the same groups over time), and use different assessment methods

**By providing a more complete picture of instruction through assessment management tools such as LibAnalytics, we are better able to demonstrate our valueAssociation of College and Research Libraries. First we created an instance*: An Instance is a set of data that you're collecting about your

library. You can have 1 or more instances in your system, depending on your subscription.

Springshare has excellent online support to walk you through setting up an instance

Created a customized instance for instruction sessions. Tailored this instance and an additional instance over

the fall and spring semesters*Currently one instance is FREE!

survey) we can provides feedback from librarians, students, and faculty

Allows us to monitor our instruction program and ourselves in order to make immediate adjustments and inform long term planning for instruction

Assessment of information literacy standards for each instruction session are tracked

For our own evaluations, we can provide a summary of what we are doing and promote our personal value
