Payment in Lieu of Taxes (PILOT)

The City of Lewisburg and the Lewisburg Industrial Development Board offers a PILOT (Payment in Lieu of Taxes) program for both City and County Real and Personal Property Taxes. The chart below is a general guide on the amount of property tax abatements a qualified project can expect to receive. All PILOT offers are subject to negotiation and approval by the IDB and Lewisburg Council. Based on additional factors such as wage scales, some PILOT offers may be greater or less than what is indicated in the chart below.
