Dear Diane, Thanks for writing to Ben and Jerry’s. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you due to lack of enough cookie dough and chocolate chunks in your last pint. We promise to refund you on your last purchase as a token of our apology. We try our level best to provide you with the best quality ice cream for every pint. But unfortunately the chunking equipment for nuts, chocolate and cookies are not as consistent as we hoped for. We have reported this issue to the production department so that they can calibrate the machines more accurately and minimize such inconsistencies in the future. We hope you will accept our refund and we assure you that such inconsistencies are not likely to occur if you try our ice cream hence forth. We have done experimentations on sugar-free ice creams in the past. But the taste of these ice creams were far below the taste standards of Ben and Jerry’s and never got beyond the stage of lab tests. So, we decided not to continue with the production of sugar-free ice- creams. We apologise one more time for the dissatisfaction caused to you by your last experience with our product and assure you of a much better experience in future. Regards, Alice Blachly, Customer Affairs Coordinator, Ben and Jerry’s Pvt. Ltd.

Dear Diane,

Thanks for writing to Ben and Jerry’s.

So, we decided not to continue with the production of sugar-free ice-creams.

We apologise one more time for the dissatisfaction caused to you by your last experience with our product and assure you of a much better experience in future.
