I acknowledge that in the event of an absence of any of the mandatory items stated above, the organisers reserve the rights

to refuse the collection of the race entry pack, for whatsoever reason.

I hereby declare that this letter of authorisation, along with all other supporting documents has been confirmed as being

authentic.
