Q. Can I pay part of my ticket through my points, in case I don’t have enough points?

Yes, you can pay part of your ticket through your reward points. However, it has to be in multiples of 100 points.

• Promotion is valid from 1st November to 31st December 2017

• This offer is applicable only on e-ticket purchase from any local or international airline

• This offer is only valid on airline e-ticket purchase using the official website of the respective airline. Any purchase made through a travel agent or any other merchant will not be eligible for reward redemption

• Reward points may only be redeemed in multiples of 100 points

• Reward points can only be redeemed by calling HBL PhoneBanking on 111-111-425

• Reward points can only be adjusted against airline e-ticket purchase under this promotion

• Maximum points that can be redeemed in each card category are mentioned in the table

• All e-tickets must adhere to respective airlines’ terms and conditions

• Point redemption request against airline ticket purchases shall be taken up by 15th January, 2018

• This offer cannot be availed in conjunction with other promotions

• HBL reserves the right to discontinue/cancel any promotional offering without providing prior notice or reason

Q. Can I redeem my points against e-tickets purchased prior to 1st November?

No, you have to purchase your e-ticket and redeem your points between 1st November to 31st December 2017.
