What was valuable?

• The learning that I received through this course is very valuable to me. To complete different assignments I needed to review my thoughts, improve my IT skills, expand my horizons to look around me under different lenses and Alhumdulilah it went quite well. I did not expect that I would be enjoying that much an online course where the instructor is not in direct contact with me.

What was surprising?

• I found the assignment on adding value to bread very surprising as I had not viewed bread in any other form previously though I m a regular user of it. That assignment gave me a chance to think differently with people from other parts of the world and having completely different views about using bread. That assignment was innovative.

What will I be using in my daily life?• Now that is again a very thought provoking question as It forced me

to reflect on my contributions throughout the course .definitely the key learning was to identify opportunities for a creative solutions.

• In the search of creating or in solving problems in creative ways we often go round and round in endless circles wanting to pounce on an idea. Sometimes the answer or solution is right before our eyes but we can't see it. In order to find the solution, find the missing piece, solve the problem, we need to just look at something familiar in a new and different way.

• In doing my research on creativity I came across some inspiring thoughts which I am sharing with you in the next two slides. Read and enjoy!

Creativity is just connecting things. When you ask creative people how they did something, they feel a little guilty because they didn't really do it, they just saw something. It seemed obvious to them after a while. That's because they were able to connect experiences they've had and synthesize new things.Steve Jobs
