Introduction A marketing plan is used to calculate and distribute income to its Members based upon the product sales generated by Members and their downline sales organisations. LEO has created a unique and revolutionary marketing plan that is breaking new ground in the Direct Selling industry. LEO pays out 60% of all commissionable sales. LEO’s marketing plan has been carefully designed to engage a wider audience and is equally distributed to look after three key groups. 1: Part time new entrants 2: Serious Part time builders 3: Full time Leaders One of our pre-suppositions is that “Members are the heart of our business” so we compensate our Members in ways never before done in this industry. One of the most powerful statements we have is that “You can, not only earn by building your own downline, but you also take part in the success of your upline and sidelines through our state of the art marketing plan” The purpose of this document is to define and explain the details of LEO’s marketing plan. Use this as a reference document as you learn your new LEO business and as you grow your business with us. Marketing Plan Concept Our LEO marketing plan’s main objective is to incentivize our Members to sell and promote LEO’s products. There are a number of Bonuses and Awards to motivate LEO Members and provide them with incentives to actively promote LEO products.

Glossary of Terms

Active Status: A minimum of 50 BP is required to qualify for the Network Bonus which must be achieved by the pay period. This active status qualifies you for the current month. This has been waived until further notice (a notice of one month will be given to LEO Members before implementation). Associate: A rank in the Marketing Plan. BP: Stands for Bonus Points. Each product sale carries BPs that are used to calculate Bonuses RP: Stands for Rank Points: Each product sale carries RPs that are used for Rank advancement Accumulated BP: All the BPs accumulated from the first day of achieving Bronze Rank to date Accumulated RP: All the RPs accumulated from the first day of achieving Bronze Rank to date *Personal purchase: Products personally purchased by Members in reasonable amounts for personal use. *Personal purchases by Members do not constitute a personal purchase or consumption requirement to

become a Member, move up in rank, or to fully participate in the plan at any specific rank or level. Pursuant

to LEO’s terms and conditions, (i) LEO recognizes that Members may wish to purchase products in

reasonable amounts for their own personal or family use, (ii) buying product for any reason other than bona

fide resale (or for personal use in reasonable quantities) is prohibited, and (iii) Members must not encourage

others to buy product for any other reason. Sponsor: A Member who enrolled a new Member to LEO Personally Sponsored Member: A new Member whom you have personally enrolled in LEO Value Pack: Value Packs are the product packs offered by LEO. The LEO Value Packs combine education products with exclusive Member bonuses to create a package worth over £20,000. Team Building Bonus: Bonus earned on products sold by personally sponsored Members Network Bonus: Bonus earned on products sold by your lesser team Matching Bonus: Bonus earned based on the Network Bonus earned by your personally sponsored and their personally sponsored team Members up to 10 levels deep Reverse Matching Bonus: Bonus earned based on the Network Bonus earned by your sponsor and his/her sponsor up to 7 uplines Earning Cap: Maximum limit of weekly earning Lesser Team: The team, which has lesser BPs or RPs as compared to the other

Career Awards: LEO Members achieve several awards by building their career with LEO Rank Award: On achieving higher ranks LEO Members are given attractive entrepreneurs’ tools and awards. Some Rank Awards may be converted to ownership of a value equivalent to the award value for achieving the rank. Rank Awards available for conversion include Senior Associate, Coordinator, Senior Executive, and Director. Rank awards for Executive and Marketing Director and above are not available for conversion. Rank Pin: Each Member receives a LEO rank pin as recognition on achieving a higher rank beginning with Platinum Rank. Each pin is unique for each rank. Entrepreneur Awards: LEO has designed these awards for the Members to help them start their own business in the real world. Business Ownership Award (BOA): This award provides initial investment into our Members’ businesses. Lion Award: Once our Members achieve their Business Ownership Award and are ready to start their own business they can present their business idea to LEO board for Lion Award. This award is given on a discretionary basis, based on the merit of the business plan is and the potential of the business idea. Top of the World Award: With this award LEO gives you a new business position frontline to the company, additional to your existing business. Compensation Period: LEO marketing plan "pay period" runs from Wednesday to Tuesday. Every Wednesday after the pay run LEO pays out all the bonuses to Members’ account. Loyalty Points System: We have created a points based loyalty programme. This means we reward on actual activity of products sales. Each LEO product sale has an associated Bonus Point (hereafter referred to as BP) and Rank Point (hereafter referred to as RP). BPs are used to calculate bonuses and RPs are used to advance ranks. Each product sale distributes points instantly. When a LEO Member sells LEO products, the BP, and RP are distributed in the upline. Reset: As defined below

BP – At the Member Rank, any accumulated Bonus Points are reset every Wednesday after

bonus pay run. Once Bronze Rank, and above, has been achieved BP points are accumulated and not reset

RP – At the Member Rank, any accumulated Rank Points are reset every Wednesday after bonus

pay run. Once Bronze Rank, and above, has been achieved RP points are accumulated and not reset. Maximum RPs that can be added to any of your teams (right and left) every week is 150,000.

LEO Ranks

It is illegal for a promoter or a participant in a trading scheme to persuade anyone to make a payment by promising benefits from getting others to join a scheme. Do not be misled by claims that high earnings are easily achieved. There are sixteen Ranks for LEO Members. The higher the Rank, the more benefits it carries. LEO does not sell Ranks. LEO Members must work their way up and accumulate RPs to achieve higher Ranks.

LEO Ranks achieved are permanent when you achieve Bronze Rank and higher. This means that once you achieve a Rank you will keep it for as long as you are a LEO Member. In order to achieve Ranks there is no purchase necessary. One may advance in Rank through the accumulation of RP from the personal sales and Team sales of LEO products.

Member Rank:

A person may join LEO and become a Member at no cost. A Member at this Rank enjoys the benefits below: Sales and sponsorship: Any Member can sell LEO products and sponsor new Members. Team Building Bonus: A Member Rank is qualified for 5% Team Building Bonus (no cap) on

personally sponsored Members’ product sales. This bonus is paid instantly.

Network Bonus: A Member Rank is not qualified for the Network Bonus Matching Bonus: A Member Rank is not qualified for the Matching Bonus.

Reverse Matching Bonus: A Member Rank is not qualified for the Reverse Matching Bonus Business Ownership Award: A Member Rank is not qualified for Business Ownership Award Lion Award: A Member Rank is not qualified for Lion Award

cap) on BPs of products sold by personally sponsored Members. This bonus is paid instantly.

Network Bonus: A Bronze Rank is qualified for the 10% Network Bonus on BPs of

products sold in their lesser Team. This bonus is paid weekly. Matching Bonus: A Bronze Rank is qualified for the Matching Bonus with total of

10% of the Network Bonus earned by personally sponsored Members and their downlines up to 4 levels deep. This bonus is paid weekly. See Matching Bonus Chart on page 25.

Matching Bonus: A Silver Rank is qualified for the Matching Bonus with total of 15%

of the Network Bonus earned by personally sponsored Members and their downlines up to 6 levels deep. This bonus is paid weekly. See Matching Bonus Chart on page 25.

Reverse Matching Bonus: A Silver Rank is qualified for the Reverse Matching Bonus with a

total of 25% of the Network Bonus earned by direct upline and their uplines up to 7 levels up. This bonus is paid weekly. See Reverse Matching Bonus Chart on page 26.

** Statement of Typical Participant Earnings There are no guarantees regarding income. Our estimate of what the typical participant is likely to earn is approximately £1 - £300 per year. A participant, for the purposes of this estimate, includes all participants who make a sale of LEO products within the one-year period. This ‘typical’ figure is representative of the smallest range of compensation expected to be earned by over 50% of all participants of the plan. LEO does not sell its Ranks. You have to work your way up and accumulate RPs (Rank Points) to achieve higher Ranks.

Bonuses Active Status: There is a 50 BP monthly “Active Status” requirement to qualify for the Network Bonus. This has been waived until further notice (a notice of one month will be given to LEO Members before implementation). There are four types of bonuses to be earned: 1) Team Building Bonus*

2) Network Bonus*

Paid on the BPs of the product sold in your lesser team. For Bronze Rank to Platinum Rank: 10% of lesser team For Associate Rank & higher: Network Bonus Pool sharing

Network Bonus Pool: All the Bonus Points are accumulated in the Network Bonus Pool on a weekly

basis. Members (below Associates) are paid their Network Bonus on the basis

of 10% of the lesser team. The remainder of the money in the pool is shared

among all qualified Associates and higher on an equal prorate basis. The Network Bonus Pool is 35% of BP of weekly sales.

Reverse Matching Bonus is 25% on upline’s Network Bonus up to 7 Levels up.

Career Award Rank Awards

LEO Members accumulate RPs from the products sales in their teams. Upon hitting ranks LEO rewards its Members with valuable Awards. The table below outlines the RP requirement based on the lesser team’s activity and related Award upon achievement. These Awards are presented to achievers at the global LEO events.

The RP required to achieve a higher rank is based on the lesser team Rank Points. Once RPs are achieved

they are permanent. Rank points are accumulated from the first day of achieving Bronze Rank. Member

Rank RPs are reset every Wednesday. Maximum RPs that can be added to any of your teams (right and/or left) every week is 150,000 RP. There is no requirement to maintain your rank.

Director Programme Award

LEO Members in good standing, who have achieved their Platinum Rank within 90 days of joining and have now achieved Director Rank are invited to join the Director Programme. This Award offers the opportunity for one of the following:

1. LEO will set up a business in Dubai for the Director (includes Dubai Visa, bank account and registered business) OR

2. LEO pays a Director Bonus of £2,000 per month when the Director’s Network Bonus reaches minimum £4,000 per month.

Complete details of this program are provided to LEO Members upon reaching qualification. They may also be found in the Terms & Conditions in the LEO Back Office.

Top of the World Award

Unique to LEO, this is a Career Award unlike any in this industry today. Created for those LEO Leaders who strive through hard work and consistent business building, we take you to the Top of the LEO World.

Achieving the Top of the World Award means that you will receive an extra business center

front line to the company on top of the entire existing LEO network plus you keep your existing

business center and your team. You become upline of everyone who has joined before you. We recognize all those who work hard no matter when and where they have joined the business.

Qualification:

Achieve Platinum Rank within your first 90 days of business and reach Director Rank

When you qualify you may apply for the Top of the World Award. Once your request is approved you

will receive a business centre on top of the entire LEO network. You may keep building and earning on your original business centre and you are not permitted to move any of your downline or crossline

under your new business centre. You will build a new team under your Top of the World business

centre.

Note: Rank awards are only given to you on your original business centre and not on Top of the

World business centre.

If someone applies for the Top of the World business centre after you, he/she may receive the business centre just above you between you and the company.

Entrepreneur Awards There are four types of Entrepreneur awards:

1) Platinum Ownership Awards This award recognizes the consistent work and team building achieved by Members who reach Platinum Rank. You qualify for £500 in LEOcoin.

2) Associate Ownership Awards

This award was designed to continue reward early leadership by Members who reach the Associate Rank You qualify for £1,000 in LEOcoin.

3) Business Ownership Awards

This award has been designed to help our LEO Members become an owner of their own business and to give them that first financial kick start. The award is linked to achieving Platinum Rank in their first 90 days of their LEO business.

You qualify for £20,000 BOA.

This award is unlocked upon achieving the Director Rank. Once the award is unlocked our LEO Members may withdraw this money to start their own business. These Awards are presented to achievers at the Global LEO events.

4) Lion Award

This is a special award available only to LEO Members who have unlocked their Business Ownership Award (see above). Our LEO Members may come forward to the LEO Board to present their business idea for LEO’s investment against a stake in their company. It is up to the sole discretion of the

LEO Board to invest in this business and is based on a number of factors including a well presented business plan. The total available funds to help start a new business could be up to £100,000.

Upon achieving this award, LEO Members should contact their local LEO Corporate Office to receive details for applying to the LEO Board.
