This is a benchmark program and Matthew built this from nothing. Base and Variable Pay: Prepared salary administration and variable pay administration workbooks from hourly to executive levels, including proofreading, updates, total cost calculations and submissions with minimal supervision. His work was accurate and timely. Cost Analysis: Created a cost-analysis spreadsheet to determine financial impact of proposed changes to paid time off policy. Professional development Matthew completed during his tenure: Legal issues of personnel and personnel record administration. Fair Labor Standards administrative process. Federal and State employment law, including record retention, Bullard-Plawecki, and FLSA requirements. Performance Management Process training. Employee handbook revisions.
