4. Consistency: fonts/text/visual and navigational features
5. Visual Design: placement to attract attention and minimize cognitive
overload
6. Interactivity/engagement: tasks support meaningful learning
7. Content and resources: support effective learning
8. Media use: use of several media to support pedagogical and motivational
purposes
9. Learning strategy design: interactions are design based on learning theory
principles
10.Feedback: is provided in context of learning
11.Instructional assessment: assessment opportunities are aligned with
learning objectives and content
