Ethical Values

Integrity and TruthWe are open and honest in what

we say and what we do. Our actions match our words.

Engaging PartnershipsWe seek the best outcomes for all

involved. We choose authentic partnership over a purely transactional relationship.

Creating Something SpecialWe are creating something transformational

and amazing for the world and for ourselves. It’s our passion, and it’s fun.

Business Values

Customer CentricWe value and consider our dealers as the

fundamental stakeholder of QBP. We exist to serve them, and when they win, we win.

High PerformanceWe choose high performance as a pillar of our culture. We hire high performers, we mentor

and coach each other to high performance, and we retain and reward our high performers.

Striving to Be BetterOur culture revolves around continuous

learning as both a value and a strategy. We set high standards for ourselves, we celebrate our success and then we set the bar higher.
