President’s Message

Dear Members of the Lakeshore Chapter, The Board of Directors & all the Chapter Officers are extremely pleased to deliver this Annual Symposium Event, as a new offering to our membership, starting this year. We scoped out this strategic initiative last April 2007. The Symposium Project Team was identified mid-2007 and here we are today realizing the “concept” we dreamed of. By the time this note goes to the press, we are anticipating around 170+ attendees for this first Symposium.

Thanks to all the chapter members for their support & interest. We will continually strive to improve this offering in the years to come. Success of this Event will also serve as a big booster for us to design & deliver many more content-rich events in the future. We wish to thank our Sponsors: A2Z Technical Services, BMC Software, OnDemand Consulting, Pegasystems Inc. & Procept Associates, and hope to strengthen our association with them across multiple events. Finally, hats off to the core Symposium team, which worked continuously for last few months, to put all different pieces together & deliver a show-case performance. This event would not have been possible without their dedication & commitment. Do not hesitate to speak to our Volunteers and share your experience with them today. We hope you enjoy this Event. Wish you all a fantastic season this summer.

Thanking you, Sudesh Kothare (PMP, CFA, SSBB, FRM)

President 2008-09 PMI Lakeshore Chapter

I would like to thank each of the team members for their hard work and dedication to this

project. They have carved the way for the future symposiums and set the bar very high for the next team. We all hope that you enjoy the day and leave with new ideas and enthusiasm to lead your future projects.

Leading Projects provides aninnovative approach to assess project complexity and to deploythe best techniques to achieve success.

Carl Sergeant is an instructor with Nexient Learning is a SeniorConsultant with CSC Inc.
