Latitude is a web portal that works standalone or alongside loan origination systems that delivers a streamlined, automated platform with the ability toorder and manage the flow associated with various products (Title, Appraisal,Flood, AVM and 4506-T) that are required to close a loan.
Latitude is integrated with Ellie Mae's Encompass mortgage management system for quoting and ordering Title. This integration enables lenders that currently use Encompass a seamless integration with Latitude to convenientlyquote and order Latitude products right from within Encompass.

For title agents, every step of the title process is made easier with Latitude. In addition to requesting a fast, accurate quote for title,agents are able to view the detailed history of all quotes requested for a specific loan number. Title orders can be placed or cancelled from within Latitude, and documents (such as loan applications) or messages can be attached directly to the order.

For ResWare users, information for quotes and orders can be pulled into Latitude directly from ResWare, which saves time and reducestypographical errors. Title companies are automatically notified of when and where a closing is scheduled to take place, and closingscan be scheduled through Latitude. Moreover, agents have direct access to market data and property location images. All of these features are available anytime, and all without leaving the portal.
