TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR SEARCH & RECRUITMENT Leadership & Networking (LAN), New Delhi, has entered into an agreement with the Client for ‘Recruitment’ of Sr. and Middle Level Executives as per the following Terms & Conditions:

LAN would identify relevant candidates from target organizations in close co-ordination with the Client. If selected candidate leaves the company within 90 days of joining, LAN would provide a replacement at no additional cost. This wouldn’t be applicable to candidates whose services are terminated by the Client.

LAN wouldn’t approach any of the Client’s employees for offering external employment opportunities during the period of business association.

The Client would provide LAN with joining details of the selected candidates once they accept the offer.

The candidature of all professionals identified through LAN would be valid for a period of one year from the date of official confirmation.

In case of any dispute regarding duplicity of the recommended candidates, final decision would be taken by the Client with due consideration to candidate’s point of view.

This contract is valid for one year from the date of signing of the same.

Professional Fee for Executive Search & Recruitment would be @16.67% of the CTC (Total cost to the Company).

Payment would be made in favor of “Leadership & Networking” and payable within 15 days of joining.

Service Taxes would be paid, as applicable.
