General Description The use of non-halogen flame retardant epoxy laminates

is being greatly increased with the growing of demand

of low environmental pollution electronic appliances

recently. EPOKUKDO KDP-540MC75 shows excellent

properties such as dimension stability of cured epoxy

resin, good electrical properties, strong mechanical

strength & adhesion strength, excellent chemical

resistance and processing property etc. Besides the

characteristics described above, it shows good heat

resistance and non-halogen flame retardancy as well.
