The Story of KRÖL Imported VodkaKRÖL Imported Vodka is made in Poland – the birthplace of vodka – from 100% pure, sweet, late harvest Polish rye grain to produce the purest vodka on the market today. A favorite of the Polish aristocracy since the early 1820’s, KRÖL (from the Polish word for “king”) is exceptionally pure, luxuriously smooth, and clearly superior – a truly regal addition to any bar.

In pre-communist Poland, the KRÖL family was considered a dynasty for its production of a distinguished, hand-crafted vodka. The Nazi invasion of Poland halted production; until recently, it had been in hiatus since before World War II. First-generation American Philip KRÖL remembers his first visit to Poland with his mother when he was a child. Grandmother KRÖL would share stories of her father and grandfather, and the distillery that produced the guarded recipe that time left behind. Years later, Philip chose a career in entertainment, but never forgot his roots. Through many more journeys to Poland, he found himself increasingly drawn to the family’s legacy of producing a spirit sovereign in its class. He resolved to revive the secret family recipe.

It was the perfect combination of tradition and modern expertise. Quadruple distillation allows the elimination of impurities, and thus captures the nuances of the vodka’s harmonic flavors and smooth palate. KRÖL is then filtered six times to produce sheer, smooth perfection. Made in an historic Polish distillery that dates back to the 17th century.

In a martini shaker, muddle 3 raspberries, add ice, 1 1/2 oz. KRÖL Lemon Raspberry and 1 1/2 oz. Lychee Syrup. Shake until well blended then strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with 2 raspberries.
