Meenal Bhat(Partner)

Meenal Bhat, its founder, is an engineer with an MBA from Asian Institute of Management (Dean’s list), Manila, Philippines she has experience in diverse industries ranging from handicrafts to healthcare. She now specializes in the healthcare domain which includes medical devices, OTC and pharmaceuticals; and has successfully delivered over 100 projects in the past 10 years.

Her work primarily includes building comprehensive sustainable practices for organizations that have either grown very fast and are now looking at creating practices that would sustain this growth or organizations that would like to integrate their global practices with their India business. This includes training, KPI generation and business impact assessment.

She also works on projects that need market studies such as pricing, market sizing, new product launches, prioritization or category assessments.She has worked with companies such as Wyeth Philippines, KPMG Philippines, Johnson & Johnson Medical India and Asia Pacific and SmartAnalyst India.

Arun Joshi(Partner)

Arun Joshi, is an engineer with an MBA from Asian Institute of Management Manila Philippines .

He was a Senior Managing Consultant in Digital Consulting Practice, within IBM. Over the past 5 years he has been working with CxOs across industries to enable them to leverage digital technologies - cloud, analytics, social and IoT (Internet of Things) to provide tangible benefits. As part of the engagements he has built Digital transformation roadmap, Digital operating model , Digital organization and Digital Scorecards for his clients.

He has a total experience of around 15 years in which he has executed more than 30 projects across clients in multiple industries and geographies. In these projects he has worked on enabling digital channels for organization to support marketing, sales and customer care. He has built strategies and point of views to enable organizations earn revenue from their digital data and also leverage it better to reduce costs through operational efficiencies and manpower reduction.

He has also worked in organizations like Cognizant, IDC and Wipro Technologies
