How about a quick and simple, yet oh-so-true life goal to contemplate as you begin your week?
* Try to look for something positive every day, even if some days you have to look a little harder. Because you cannot have a positive life and a negative mind.
* Be in a place where peace is the priority and pessimism cannot exist. An optimistic heart is a magnet for miracles.
* And they will come to you. Just keep believing and nev-er give up.
To fight food cravings, take a 15 minute walk! The Uni-versity of Exeter conducted a study among people who ate at least two chocolate bars a day. They had them do difficult mental tests to raise their stress levels, and then /tempted them with unwrapped chocolate bars. The researchers found that if the subjects walked for 15 minutes on a tread-mill at a brisk pace, they were less likely to suffer cravings, and even showed lower blood pressure when handling the chocolate bars. Monday’s bound to bring its share of stress to someone you know today; you could set them on a differ-ent path by sharing this from The John Tesh Radio Show!

Daylight, flagger-controlled lane restric-tions began on Route 268 as part of a
resurfacing project in Hovey Township, Arm-strong County.
Work includes milling, patching, and pav-ing on Route 268 from Division Road to the Butler County line in Hovey and Perry Town-ships and Parker City.
Motorists can expect congestion and delays in the project area. Be prepared to stop. Al-low extra time for your commute.
Along with the lane restrictions, a twelve-foot width restriction will be in place for the duration of the project.
This $2.2 million roadway resurfacing proj-ect is being constructed by IA Construction, Inc., and is expected to be completed the end of September.
Remember to slow down and use caution in work zones. Pay attention to flaggers and other traffic-control devices. Fines are dou-bled for violations in work zones.
Drive responsibly for your safety and the safety of the workers.
