So we have to make Koha easier to use reducing the support required

Koha team identified improving web installer and developing new on-boarding wizard as the solution

Defined audience

Looked at on-boarding installation wizards of other sites

Drew blueprints and wireframes of improved installation process

Wrote useage scenarios
