Air Regulator Unit. Ensure production reliability and long life from your applicator guns by using our bespoke designed air regulator unit which includes oil mist spray. Fits all main air line connections and is housed in a steel frame with skids that is robust enough for factory or site environments. A complete range of pneumatic accessories are available on request.

Kodi KlipsKodi Klips are produced from 30% recycled polycarbonate plastic resin which is the same material as bulletproof glass, making them extremely tough and hard wearing. Klips are injection moulded into magazine strips and are pneumatically pressed onto cross, straight or curved rebar joints in less than a second.

The combination of the strength of the polycarbonate and the Klips four pronged design offers a rigid connection that no other tying system is able to offer with a host of added production advantages such as speed, guaranteed concrete cover and the ability to easily remove the Klips

should they be placed incorrectly. Only welding can offer cage transportation stability as secure as Kodi Klip but with it comes a host of cost and health and safety issues that can be completely avoided with this system.

Klip RangeKodi Klips are available in bar sizes from 10mm to 20mm and combinations of sizes in between. Each size is colour coded to simply identify the required Klip with product and safety data wall charts available for factory or site. Klips are injection moulded into magazine strips and are pneumatically pressed onto cross, straight or curved rebar intersections in less than a second.

Applicators guns are available in 10mm, 12mm, 16mm and 20mm main bar sizes. Each gun is easy to handle, easy to maintain and simple to use. The front end of the gun is made from machined

aluminium to make it hard wearing, lightweight and perfect for site use. The applicator gun has been rigorously tested and exceeds the stringent guidelines for the use of hand tools as dictated by the HSE. Each gun is individually index numbered for traceability and is supplied with full CE approval and declaration of conformity.

Each gun uses a pneumatic air supply from 65psi to 85psi from either a site air supply, compressed air bottle or small handheld compressor. A butane

gas canister version of each size of gun is in development and will be available mid-late 2011 making the system totally mobile for any site application. Tools come new with a 12 month parts and labour warranty and are backed up with a dedicated UK service centre. Tools are available for sale, hire and on bespoke designed rental contracts to suit your businesses requirement.

For combination Klips, the base bar dictates the tool to use and the uniquely designed slide accommodates all cross combination sizes within that bar size. Tools are interchangeable in seconds as are the Klip magazines.

There is no quicker re-bar tying tool in the market anywhere in the world.
