Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Knowledge Exchange: A farmer who needs critical & practical information on particular subject will

dial in to Kisan School’s knowledge hub. Based on the subject, the call will be redirected to the progressive farmer who is expert in the particular subject matter.

Kisan School IVRS: For those with limited literacy, an IVR technology on the handset integrated

with the application will be used transport voice messages between the farmer and the expert.

Kisan School SMS: Kisan School also disseminates personalized advice anytime anywhere, on a

handset of the farmer through SMS in local language that helps farmers to improve yield, reduce cost, improve efficiency and get better prices for the crop.
