• Promotion:

– All marketing products like Keefun,Biovita ,Nominee Gold, Kitazin, Roket, Osheen has taken for display at Stall.

– All Literature , POP, stationery arranged at Stall.

– As foot fall is good so arranged additional man power from Sangli (1 MDO ), 2 FA’s from Nanded for registration of Farmer.

– Promoiton through Govt. officials like VSI (arranged visit for Biovita),ADO- Mawal taluka for Nominee Gold promotion.

• Productwise Strategy-

– -Biovita promoted against magical product against all banned biological products those don’t have permission with 100% biological & pure product to use in farming.

– Keefun-Promoted for sucking pest complex (aphids, jassids & thrips) in all main crops.

– Osheen-Promoted on jassids in all crops & hoppers on mango.

– Nominee Gold for Nursery as well as Direct sowed rice.

• Farmer are good quality & progressive farmer so learn spot interaction with them & importance of technical knowledge to tackle with them.

• Highly satisfied farmer given more motivation & confidence to PI team about our products.

• Handle queries of farmers positives & negatives if any.

• We learn where our presence is less or no in some areas but farmer & retailer interested to take on PI’s products like scope for Osheen & Nominee Gold in Ratnagiri & konkan area.

• Also at Rajuri, Palghar area.

• Continuous reminder & continuous product promotion to audience.

• Mass Audience handling for queries.

• Team Spirit to gather audience to our stall we gather farmer under tag line PI’s Magical products for modern Farming to attract farmers to stall.

• Event Management/ time management.

• Promotion of key products from stall to all Maharashtra Farmers.

• Shown confidence of PI product used farmer to team & their confidence & faith on PI product & its quality.

• 3720 farmer data with 58 retailers data base will add advantage for indirect promotion uptofarmers.

• Preparation & segregation of Farmer data to respective territory.

• Instant calling to farmers

• Instant calling to retailers.

• SMS to farmers of target product.

• Star farmers has to call on urgent basis which will shown more interests on purchasing PI’s product.

• Retailer with remarks has to call before month end by respective territory.
