During her 20 years of work in the field of Architecture in BC, Kirsten has gained a wide variety of experience in all facets of design with experience that totals at more than 100 projects valued from $5,000 to $400 million of new, renovated and programmed space. Kirsten has successfully delivered these projects using a variety of methods with specialized expertise in Design Build and Public Private Partnerships. Kirsten enjoys highly complex, strategic and challenging projects. One of her key strengths is user group facilitation where she has had experience with large groups of up to 200 people representing over 20 different program types in a single project. Kirsten prides herself in her skill of bringing the often competing interests of clients, users, consultants, contractors and culturally diverse communities together to facilitate a participatory atmosphere and creating an enjoyable and enriching experience for all who are involved.
