Performed duties of the Education Service Officer providing college, training, and advancement knowledge for a staff of approximately 80.

Managed a budget of over 7 million dollars in new equipment, installation, and recurring cost mechanisms to ensure a complete return on investment for an increase in a school population of approximately 85 percent or 1300 students annually.

Served as a logistics and security team member in support for the Russian Federal Security Service VIP visit to Pacific Area. Organized and executed the inaugural visit of the Russian Regional Border Guard, Northeast Boarder Guard and Sakhalin Border Guard directorates. Twenty-six members from the United States and Russia developed and implemented bilateral operational processes on a theater and regional level. Primary topic discussed was “The race for oil in the Arctic”.
