Anything from bed wetting to possible home sickness is really good to know. All issues are dealt with the utmost sensitivity.

Labelling Medication Please label all medication that is sent in for

your child, including the blister packs!

We will not give any medication to your child, that has not been sent in by you.

We have first aid supplies. By law, these do not include any medicines.

We encourage you to send in paracetamol and sickness tablets – Just in case!

*we return all un-used medication.

InhalersPlease ensure that the inhalers are in date and

that there’s enough to last the whole trip.In total, we ideally need 2 blue inhalers; in case one goes missing!One of these needs to be sent into school prior to the residential.The second inhaler needs to be bought into school on the morning

of the residential, and shown to a member of staff at one of the First Aid stations.

This inhaler will be the responsibility of your child – they will need to keep it with them at all times – day and night.

*please note that if your child has a preventer inhaler this also needs to come in; but again it will be their responsibility.

EpipensPlease ensure that the 2 Epipens are in

date!In total, we need 2 Epipens–One of these needs to be sent into school prior to the

residential – to be put in the first aid box.The second Epipen needs to be bought into school on the

morning of the residential, and given to a member of staff at one of the First Aid stations – this will then be passed on to your child’s group leader (member of staff).

It will then be kept with your child’s group leader at all times.
