Love Offering for Faith Comes by Hearing As part of our CBF relationship and through their “You’ve Got the Time program,” Faith Comes by Hearing provided audio bibles on CDs as a gift to us last year. While this was a benefit to many of us, the purpose of this gift was to highlight the service that

they provide to translate the Bible into languages around the world so that people can experience the life changing power of the Word. While we have ready access to the Word, many societies do not simply due to the language barrier. Faith comes by Hearing is committed to reaching every language group and pursues their min-istry through offerings.

For the first time in history, every language (or ethnos) group has been identified

and there are 6,809 in our world today. Along with their partners, Faith Comes By

Hearing is working hard to record an Audio Bible in 2,000 of these languages and

start 2 million listening groups in order to reach 97% of the world's population by

the year 2016.

Currently, Faith Comes By Hearing offers 557 Audio Scripture recordings in

511 languages reaching more than 5 billion people in more than 185 coun-

tries.

There are still language groups that need an Audio Bible in their mother tongue. There are people who wait to hear God's Word because they cannot read it. Through this love offering, KBC gets to help in this important initiative. We promised to take this offering last January, but became distracted. This is our obli-gation and privilege to keep our promise. Please be as generous as you can. This is a worthy missions cause. Put your offering in an envelope and mark it “Time

Offering.” Keep the ministry in your prayers.
