Located in Shchuchinsk on the Chuchye lake, with hospitality for 280 children (500 people with child-care. Works started in August 2001 and are now completed

The 5-floor building will consist of a reading room for 500 people, audio room, internet room, and an availability of 1,100,000 books. Works started in December 2001 and will be completed by Spring 2004
