At the beginning of the 21st century,the world is faced with a multitude of

complex and often conflicting

challenges. What and how to educate young

people?

we can not call

Helps next generations to grow together with their

culture and to understand it.

Together with the education not improving object, buthelps the subject.

Should have to inspire children ethos (attitude andenergy) which is disappeared in adults.

Will not improve the world and change ''relationships'',but will strengthen the young people for ‘’relationships’’.



Education is valuable as the powerwhich is expressed through someone

who is educated.

Today's good pedagogue ischaracterized by feature observing

and seriously taking into account the

differences.



TRANSMITTING THE VALUES,

KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES Which values are needed to transfer to young

people?

Values are ideas that have been attributed tocertain things (goods) or relations.

Three pedagogical tasks: etos, mores andethic.

Four conditions pedagogy: the subject mustbe important to those who raise and teach,

nothing what should remain not come quickly,all learning should be connected with theexperience, educators or tutors must bedecisive. Education is not valid without

experience.



What young people need to know?

The knowledge that the school offers

need to be useful and important.

Knowledge Society

We are always asked to acquire

knowledge.



Which skills must young people acquire in the21st century?

Ability for politics

Ability to perceive and respect other forms of lifeand ways of thinking, while preserving their own.

Ability to stay at a distance

Ability to limit our own needs

Ability to guarantee for yourself
