2) Fat is broken to 1-cell suspensionand stem cells extracted

3) Stem cells and expanded to abt 1 million

4) Cells are combined with biomaterial and GF is added

5) The combination is placed in a titanium cage

1) 1dl fat containing 100 000 stem cells

6) The construct is placed in a prepared muscle pouch

7) The TRAM-flap combination is raised and transplanted to the defect site. It is rigidly fixed with titanium screws.
