Responsibility to the CommunityJYians are taught and reinforced with the value of responsibility when they are in Secondary One. The school provides JYians with many opportunities to serve the community and the country.
Inspiring LearningThe world is our classroom-JYians learn more through experiential learning and discovering on their own. The school encourages learning beyond the classroom with students embarking on educational trails and learning journeys.

Culture of LearningJYian staff believe in continuously developing themselves professionally so as to enhance their teaching pedagogy and content knowledge. Staff, including the Executive and Administrative Staff, feel empowered and motivated to take our JYians to greater heights.
Parents’ EngagementJYian parents have been a source of strength for the school to move forward in bringing out the best in our JYians. They support the school via their presence at the Parent-Teacher Conference, the various dialogue sessions with the staff and school leaders and the Parents’ workshops.
Culture of CareJYian staff performed community service as well as bonded with the students through various staff-student activities. School Leaders role model for the Staff and students by walking the talk.
