Summary Torrance real estate activity in June produced 28.1% increase in total sales, 8.1% bump in net listings, and 18.4% improvement in the sales-listing ratio. Moving in the opposite direction, however, the median sales price fell 4.8% while the median days to sell metric climbed 2.9%. Year-over-year median sales price for June is up 11.2%, or by $70K.
