    QUOTE

Work is love madevisible. And if youcannot work withlove but only withdistaste, it is bet-ter that youshould leave yourwork and sit at thegate of the templeand take alms ofthose who workwith joy. For if youbake bread withindifference, youbake a bitter breadthat feeds but halfman's hunger.

    Essential Oils and Your Health

    Rosewood (niba rosaeaodora)

Here is an essential oil you may not be familiar with but I assure you is VERY beneficial, in addition to being in myfavorites list. Yes it does smell like rose only a little different and perfumers exalt its aromatic properties. The healtbenefits of Rosewood Essential Oil can be attributed to its effects such as analgesic, anti depressant, anti septic, an

    bacterial, cephalic, deodorant, and stimulant.

Analgesic: If not strong, this oil serves as a mild analgesic and can give you relief from slight headache, toothaches ,etc

Anti Depressant: The mild sweet, spicy and floral aroma of this oil does all the tricks and thus it is favored by the aromatherapyspecialists. It drives away sadness and disappointment and prepares you to take on the life with a new and positive point of view.

Anti Septic: Following a minor cut or abrasion or an insect bite, Soak a piece of cotton in the Rosewood Oil and apply it on theaffected place. It will not only protect it from infections, but will also help heal it.

Cephalic: This oil can keep your brain cool, active, sharp and alert .This will also improve your memory and help protect you fromneurotic disorders.

Insecticide: This oil has insecticidal properties and can kill small insects like mosquitoes, lice, bed bugs, fleas and ants. You can it in vaporizers, sprays, room fresheners, floor wash etc. If rubbed on skin, it keeps away mosquitoes too.
