Director of Sales

Owner of Ink Stop recruited me to create a business to business sales division. I developed a business acquisition plan for

this new sales division. The plan included hiring and training sales representatives, establishing sales and activity goals,

developing a customer relationship management system and creating an employee compensation matrix. I also created a

customer centric training seminar which provided the sales representatives with a clear road map to executing sales plans

and exceeding goals.

Recruited, hired and trained Business Development Associates who sold office supply programs to small - mid size

companies. My major accomplishments included improving team sales performance from 58% to 102% in six months,
