SPC: We monitor the critical features of your important parts through-out the manufacturing run. Data is collected and processed as set up by our engineering and quality team.
PPAP: We are experienced working in this environment. A stringent policy is in place and monitored to preserve the approved process when subsequent orders are manufactured.
Gage R&R: We work with each other to get the proper result. Engi-neering, Quality and Manufacturing teams work out a robust inspection process. Spending time here is always faster than making it again!
Programming: Custom post processors are written in house to accelerate the job to the shop floor, with minimal editing at the machine. Part Maker and SolidWorks are used to create seamless code and superior part quality.
Finishing Department: Our Trained staff of finishers separate us from the others. De-burring and polishing under magnification is a daily process. We have the experience to get the “hard to find burrs” of the part while preserving the typical call-outs of sharp corners and tight tolerances.
Grinding Department: We have 3 “Sharp” surface grinders and 1 “Supertec” universal grinder with collet attachment and touch probe options. Sharp grinders are 12’’ x 24’’, the Supertec is 24’’ between centers and 8’’ diameter capacity.

We machine burr-free medical components, boring and milling tight tolerance small weapons parts, thread milling high strength alloys, and drilling small diameter holes (.005”) in fuel, oil and air nozzles. We have fourth axis milling, coolant-through-tooling and our own custom fixtures.
