ADVERTISING AGENT, THRIVE EVENTS

March 2016 – April 2016

I first got involved with Thrive Events through their Management Training Program, where I learned how the high-energy, growth hacking world of advertising works. Each day would start with leadership training, marketing systems training, and then I was off to the ‘field’.

OUTBOUND SALES SUPERVISOR, THE WRIGHT PC

October 2015 – March 2016

I worked as an outbound sales supervisor, computer technician, salesman, e-commerce agent, and administrative assistant to the owner, Kirk Wright. My favorite part of the job was the ability to immediately see and measure growth of the small business with each new optimization/decision.

My job included hiring, record retention, servicing inbound client computers, selling in-store merchandise to online and in-store customers, maintaining inbound customer relations and population, and create solutions to any miscellaneous problems such as organization, workflow, or legal strategy.

CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR, AEROSPEC, INC.

August 2014 – July 2015

I began working at AeroSpec, Inc. – industrial automation and engineering – as an administrative assistant at the front desk. Steve Marinella, the president, served as a mentor and coach as he groomed me for business entrepreneurship. I frequently produced and analyzed reports to show everything from company resource allocation to purchasing data. Later as a contract administrator, my job was to create, manage, and oversee multi-million dollar projects through each step of the workflow. Communicating with outside vendors and working with high-level, demanding vendors and clients was a common, tedious task.

DISHWASHER, AH-SO

January 2014 – July 2014

Being a dishwasher for Ah-So was a perfect career opportunity because I got to work alongside Jay, the Owner of the Ah-So franchises’ across Arizona and California. The job also provided convenient late-night work hours so It did not affect my schooling. A large responsibility of mine was adhering to health codes and assuring quality control for the entirety of the back kitchen.

SELF EMPLOYED, COMMUNITY AID

April 2012 – July 2014

This was my initial experience as an independent entrepreneur in the real world. I aided community members in maintaining their property and animals’ health while they were away or incapable. Daily tasks included feeding, cleaning, and possibly treating any animals that got injured. This job taught me the value of client relationships as much of my business was through recommendations, flyers, and local churches. Community reference contacts, Diana Norming ton and Steve Welsh, are available upon request.

SELF EMPLOYED, DELIRIA GAMING COMMUNITY & SERVER HOSTING

Launched in 2013

My love for computers and gaming and my fascination by the gaming/entertainment industry helped me launch my first private, passive-income business. It began when my friends and many active guild members all started to seek a centralized platform where everyone could play together in every game we all loved. It started as a website-based, donation-dependent gaming community… but soon grew to

the point where I had to manage and rent out a full server stack, constantly adjust/edit HTML, CSS, & Java Script coding, 24hr ticket inquiring, , money management, and advertising on 20+ server websites.
