GRAPHIC DESIGNER ART HISTORIAN VISUAL ARTIST I am a graphic designer with a fine art and art history background. An avid researcher and a visual problem-solver , I am interested in the intersections between fine and commercial art. I strive to create a balance in my work between concept and aesthetics. Responsibilities included: administra - tive tasks and gallery inventory reports, artwork cataloguing, social media blog posts, e-mail marketing (tracked through Google Analytics), maintaining contact lists (Constant Contact and GalleryPro), design tasks utilizing the Adobe Suite, and basic website maintenance and creat - ing special event pages. Coral Gables, FL JET PROGRAMME Assistant Language Teacher, 2013–2014 Assisted classroom teachers at the elementary and junior high level in English instruction. Also acted as a cultural ambassador, promoting internationalization and cultural enrichment by planning and participating in events around the town and prefecture. Also worked on occasional designs for the Hokkaido AJET, an association of JET Programme participants and past participants in Hokkaido. Date, Japan WOLFSONIAN MUSEUM Graphic Design Intern, 2012-2013 Worked directly under the art director, assisting in the creation of many of the museum’s collateral materials. This included museum branding, exhibition graphics, email campaigns, web graphics, merchandise design for the museum shop, brochures, flyers, menus, catalogues, and museum wayfinding. Also created content for the museum’s design department blog.
