John is a professional real estate broker specializing in residential

and investment properties for over a decade. He uniquely

understands the real estate industry from a buyer and seller's

perspective with over 51 homes sold for personal investment

during 2005 through 2007. In partnership with his wife, Julie Ortiz,

he has a proven record of success with the successful closing of

more than 250 transactions.

John knows how to create a win / win for his clients of all property

types and price points. His breadth of market knowledge, keen

sense of property values and skills at putting challenging deals

background in legal and has worked with a local law firm as the

"Director of Negotiations", for their real estate related
