Job Advertisement Executive Assistant At the Confederation of Australian Motor Sport (CAMS) we are a passionate team focused on the development, regulation, promotion and administration of motor sport across Australia. As the National Sporting Authority and custodian of four wheeled motor sport, we have developed a solid membership base and a dedicated team with a commitment to doing what’s best for the sport. The Motor Sport department is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to organise and coordinate a variety of stakeholders. As the first point of contact for all CEO, General Manager Motor Sport and motor sport discipline enquiries, this role will respond to enquires or direct them appropriately, whilst ensuring the effective operation of these functions. Key responsibilities include: Providing administrative support to the CEO, GM Motor Sport, motor sport department, Commissions and Committees. Coordination of meeting logistics and travel arrangements. Preparation of Board Papers, attendance at Board Meetings and minuting of the meetings. Coordination of various motor sport department projects such as the Motor Sport calendar of events for each discipline, final publication of regulations and bulletins, Rally registration, and content for CAMS publications and website. Development and maintenance of appropriate track licensing record keeping systems in conjunction with the relevant Executive Officer. To be successful in this role it is essential that you have extensive experience acting as a personal assistant or executive assistant working with Boards, preparing meeting documentation and taking minutes, whilst maintaining complete confidentiality. In addition, a minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar coordination and administration role delivering outstanding customer service is required. You will have coordinated a variety projects simultaneously with outstanding organisational and planning skills. Experience working in a legal or similar professional environment, in a member based organisation or in sport, along with an interest in motor sport is desirable.
