The structure of the refrigerated body


1 Step: Rip off Fiberglass Film Please using the flat tool scoop up the fiberglass films along with one side, then slowly ripping off the fiberglass films from joint face of each panels by hands. Later, polishing and clearing the joint face. Note:

Don’t pollute the polished and clean joint face by any dirty materials.


White and Black component must be mixed as per the proportion of 6 (white):1 (black). And the vessel should be cleanliness strictly. When you mix the adhesive, the rotated speed of blender should be 600r/minut and the time must be at least 5 minutes. Finally, the adhesive liquid will be well-proportioned color.

2 Step: Mixing Adhesive


3 Step: Daubing Adhesive Onto Panel

Putting the floor panel onto the trestle table and daubing the adhesive onto joint face of foreside of floor panel that were ripped off the fiberglass film and polished. The thickness of daubing is about 1-2mm.


4 Step: Assembly Floor And Front Panel Then fitting the front panel onto the end face of floor panel, and leveling the left and right sides of floor and front pane. The included angle must be 90 degree. Finally, joint the bottom of front panel to the floor panel by the timber bolt


5 Step: Assembly Side Panels Daubing adhesive onto the joint face of both side of floor and front panel, then fitting the side panels onto the end face of floor and front panel. The foreside of side panel must tightly cling with the front panel without any clearance as same as bottom of side panel with end face of floor panel.


When side panels were fixed, please using jigs clamp the left and right panel. Thereafter, workers should be joined front, side and floor panel by rivets.

6 Step: Fix Side, Front And Floor Panels



The rear door assembly will be fitted into side and floor panel (please pull on the wires from panel). And please keep 10mm clearance from ragged edge of rear door frame to back end face of panels, then joint the door frame to the panels by rivet

8 Step: Fit Roof PanelDaubing adhesive onto end face of each panels, the thickness is 1-2mm. Then put the roof panel onto relevant position and assure that there are not any clearance between roof panel with rear door frame and each panel. Please note the clearance of roof panel with door frame must be filled by adhesive.


9 Step: Fix Roof Panel And using bolts to joint front panel to roof panel. Afterwards, roof panel will be joined by rivets with other panel and upper door frame. Finally, fit the flume.



10 Step: Fix Roof Panel Clearing our extruded adhesive, clean up surface and joint. Then sealing all of joints by seal glue on inside and outside of body.
