Jido Control have been working alongside Antler Homes to design smart AV distribution networks in each of the Ormond on the Green plots. The homes come pre-wired, ready to have automation & control systems installed.

Systems usually comprise of distributed audio & video, lighting & blinds, all controlled from various locations within the home.

We have put together various packages for you to choose from, however these are extremely flexible so don’t feel tied down to our suggestions, speak to us directly if there is something else you’re interested in. Antler Homes Queen’s Rise development

All our systems enable the control of audio and video around the house via iPads, either free standing or wall mounted. Our packages include TVs, speakers, media storage and iPad controllers. They can be configured to your requirements and can add control for various other devices you may have such as cameras, projectors, and blinds.

LIGHTING & LIGHTINGCONTROLS

Each Ormond on the Green home comes with traditional lighting in each room. Jido Control have put together lighting packages to add the ability to control the lights via the wall dimmers or the iPad controller, from inside or outside the home for additional security.

Lighting scenes can be stored and recalled for easy one touch operation. The lights can also be controlled by the automation system to respond to ambient light levels or times of the day.

Upgrading the lights means replacing the wall dimmers, which are available in a range of finishes. The available packages only differ in the numbers of zones to be controlled. Individual rooms can be added to the suggested packages below.
