Dear Parents, Good Day!For the past few years, the Inter-School Business Association holds an annual Team Building Seminar in order to achieve the core function of students co-curricular organization and that is to create well rounded and competitive students to become ethical business professionals. This year, the Team Building Seminar will be held at Jest Camp and Subic Bay Peninsular Hotel on October 25-26, 2015.

With the theme Battle Field, this years team building seminar will be held to challenge its members ability to efficient teamwork, cooperation, and constructive reasoning to solve situational circumstances while also learning to adapt to other peoples individual differences. The members will be given the chance to achieve a certain goal through working with their fellow members, and in return build strong relationships and camaraderie among them. These activities will also stimulate their rational thinking and application of what lies inside the classroom borders.

Attached with this letter is the program of activities, house rules and a route map to the venue for your reference. GENERAL RULES FOR OFF-CAMPUS ACTIVITIES

1. A head count shall be done before and after each activity1. Students must ask permission when going out of their quarters from any professor or officer around.1. Each group shall have a leader who will be responsible for her group.

STUDENTS MAY BE SUBJECTED TO DISCIPLINARY MEASURED FOR IMPROPER CONDUCT SUCH AS:

1. Carrying or possession of firearms, deadly weapons, and explosives within the premises of the activity.1. Deliberate disruption of the school activity which can cause disorder or serious disturbance.1. Brawls, fighting or other actions that may inflict physical injuries or moral harm upon another.1. Illegal possession or use of prohibited drugs or chemicals such as shabu, LSD, marijuana, heroin, opiates and hallucinogenic drugs in any form.1. Possession, drinking of alcoholic beverages and/ or joining the activity (ies) under the influence of alcohol.1. Gross and deliberate acts of discourtesy, in words, or in deed which tend to put any member of the faculty, administration, or non-teaching staff in ridicule or contempt.1. Serious physical assault upon the person of any member of the faculty, administration, non-teaching staff or student.1. Indecent clothing that diminish respect for the dignity of the human body.1.
