Career Accounts Managers provides support to military spouses through the Military OneSource Military Spouse Education and Career Opportunities (SECO) Program Contract. Account managers support the Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP). MSEP collaborates with corporate partners and military installations to increase the recruitment, employment, promotion and retention of military spouses. The location for this position will be in Woodbridge, VA. Internal Zeiders candidates will be considered for telework. Responsibilities include relationship cultivation via phone and email with identified stakeholders (corporate HR professionals and installation’s employment readiness leads) to increase engagement with MSEP and fulfillment of its commitments; support/attend in-person and virtual career fairs; train new partners; write white papers; maintain information in case management system and track metrics; and engage with client. Additionally duties include, but are not limited to, coordinating with a support liaison, marketing activities, research, develop and present briefs/webinars, write procedures and develop and manage project plans.Education and/or Experience Requirements• This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Marketing or Business related field and 4+ years of professional work experience. • Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in Business to Business Account Management.• Must have a good approachable personality coupled with impeccable verbal and written communication skills. • Candidates with a Master’s Degree in Human Services, Marketing or Business related field are preferred.• He or she must be an active listener with great analytical skills. • He or she must be able to follow established business processes, understand the needs of the client and provide resolution to issues in a thorough and timely manner.• He or she must be able to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, customer-service environment.• He or she must have experience cultivating and managing remote relationships.• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint).• Candidates with knowledge of the mobile military culture and lifestyle or staffing industry experience are preferred.All positions which require access to U.S. Government facilities and systems require U.S. Citizenship, a valid driver’s license, transportation, and auto insurance.
