The concept of Mother Tucker is to introduce the masses to the “Smoker Barbeque” style of cooking served up with great music. This type of BBQ is hugely popular in the states but relatively unheard of in the UK and is the best method to cook many different cuts of meat and fish “low and slow”.

Cooking is like music in many ways and when it comes from the heart it’s immensely satisfying.

In this age of processed food and processed pop music sometimes only a real BBQ and an electric guitar will do.
