Janssen CarePath Trial Offer for XARELTO®

Patients can now begin the registration process by simply texting “VOUCHER” to 29479

Once registered, patients will receive an electronic version of the Trial Offer card that can be saved to their mobile wallet.

If the patient is not eligible for the Trial Offer, the patient can call Janssen CarePath at 888-XARELTO (888-927-3586), Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–8:00 pm ET, to learn about other resources that may be available.

A free 30-day trial offer is available for eligible patients to help them become familiar with XARELTO®. At the conclusion of the program, the prescriber and the patient decide if it is appropriate to continue treatment. Subject to 1 (one) use per lifetime. Terms expire at the end of each calendar year and may change. To be eligible for the Janssen CarePath 30-day Trial Offer, the patient must have been prescribed XARELTO®, except if they are taking XARELTO® 10-mg dose. This Trial Offer is open to patients who have commercial insurance, government coverage, or no insurance coverage; however, there is no guarantee of continuous accessibility after the program ends.
